At Century Lettings Residential we aim to be as flexible as possible. We offer three different levels of services, however we are more than happy to listen to any additional request that you may have. The services offered are as follows -

Introduction Only

Free rental valuation
Extensive advertising in the local newspapers and various property portals including Rightmove
Accompanied viewings via a member of staff
A full 6 year credit search and a comprehensive reference on all potential tenants
Draw up and execute an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (or other if needed)
Collection of the first months rent and deposit
Register the deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protections Service)
Notify all utility suppliers and the council of the new tenants

Rent Collection

All of the above is included in this service
Collect the rent on a monthly basis
Pay the rent via BACS transfer to your chosen account
Send statement of accounts on a monthly basis
Chase the rent on a regular basis when needed
Serve all legal notices and sections where needed

Full Management

All of the above is included in this service
Regular inspections carried out by a member of our management team
24hr Assistance with any emergencies
Manage any incoming maintenance and repairs
Negotiate any disputes regarding the release of the deposit at the end of the tenancy
Carry out any repairs at the end of the tenancy
